Environmental Policy

At Hopscotch Travel Limited, we recognise the importance of protecting the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. As a luxury tour company, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences for our customers whilst also minimising our impact on the environment. We are taking steps to transition from our reliance on fossil fuels to fully electric MPVs by 2030, we have taken our first step by offsetting 6.6m tonnes of carbon each year. We recognise this is not enough and more can be done which is why we have adopted the following principles:

  1. Reducing our carbon footprint: We are committed to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by transitioning from fossil fuels to electric MPVs by 2030. This includes reducing the emissions from our tour vehicles, as well as the energy used in our offices and other facilities.

  2. Efficient use of resources: We will optimise the use of natural resources, energy, and water, to minimise waste and reduce our overall consumption.

  3. Waste reduction and management: We will strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle as much waste as possible, and we will aim to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill.

  4. Protecting the natural environment: We will take all reasonable steps to protect the natural environment, including wildlife and ecosystems, and we will comply with all relevant environmental regulations and legislation.

We expect all employees and stakeholders to support our environmental policy, and we will take appropriate action if we become aware of any breach of this policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please contact our environmental team at info@hopscotchtravel.co.uk
