When you book with us, you are not just booking transportation. Find your tour online, book and pay securely on our website. For any custom tours we will create a detailed itinerary and will send a secure payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We accept reservations 24 months from departure, right up to the day before departure on most of our tours. However, they do sell out fast, so it’s best to book in advance.
We keep our group sizes small, with a maximum of up to 7 people per vehicle. This means you can have greater flexibility, bond with your friends or family and enjoy more personal attention from our local guides.
No, however in our experience younger guests typically don’t enjoy the level of travel involved (nor the twisty and windy roads), particularly babies and toddlers. We provide booster seats for younger travellers but we do not provide baby and/or toddler seats and these will need to be provided. Please contact us for more details.
Our fleet consists exclusively of Mercedes-Benz V Class Extra Long Vehicles. Each is fully air-conditioned, with leather seats, charging points and 5G wi-fi on board. Each vehicle is maintained by official Mercedes-Benz service centres and are cleaned and sanitised daily to ensure we maintain the highest reliability and safety standards.
All our vehicles are fitted with 5G WiFi – however, please bear in mind we will be visiting remote areas in Scotland, so it’s likely there’ll be disruption to the Wi-Fi signal from time to time.
Our vehicles are all equipped with USB & USB-C ports – we ask that you bring your own charging cables.
Our guides will provide you with a choice of eateries en route – and will happily make recommendations. Of course, you are also welcome to bring something with you either as a snack or if you have a specific dietary requirement that can’t be met by a local provider.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on our luggage policy, for day tours we’d recommend no more than a small hold-all or rucksack per guest. For longer trips we’d recommend no more than a cabin bag – we can provide details of luggage storage facilities if required.
We operate tours every day except Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
All of our tours are conducted in clear, spoken English.
So we can ensure you’re comfortable travelling with us, please let us know about any special requirements or needs at the time of booking.
It’s essential that you give us prior notice if you’re bringing a wheelchair (14kg/ 31lb max), a mobility aid, or need an accessible room.
Our tours also include short walks on uneven surfaces, and there may be visits to historical sites with access restrictions. Please bear this in mind when booking.

When you enquire about a tour please let us know what level of accommodation you would prefer (4-star, 5-star, etc). We will then work with local providers to secure the possible best price and pass these savings on to you.

100% - we advise you and your group have the correct level of travel insurance valid throughout the length of your tour.
Most businesses will accept card payments however some rural businesses in the smaller towns and villages may only take cash or not accept your card type. We advise you to have cash on hand to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.
Please ensure you check the local weather forecast to ensure you are comfortable throughout your tour.
Appropriate footwear, such as walking shoes, is advised. The weather in Scotland can be unpredictable. Even in the height of summer, we often experience some rain. Always be ready and bring a waterproof jacket.
