Highland Castles, Lochs, and Coastal Charms
Luss → Loch Lomond → Kilchurn Castle → Islay

Day 1:
On this 4 day tour, you’ll get to experience the very best of Scotland’s most celebrated Whisky Distilleries.

To begin, your local guide will pick you up from Glasgow, you’ll venture to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, with a trip to the beautiful Loch Lubnaig.

Embrace the history of Kilchurn Castle and Loch Awebefore embarking on a scenic ferry ride to the enchanting Islay.

The day ends in the charming village of Bowmore.

Your second day is all about whisky as you explore the famous Islay distilleries of Bowmore, Kilchoman and Bruichladdich, each offering immersive tasting experiences.

Choose one of these distilleries for a Tour & Tasting Experience. The remaining distillery stops focus on curated tastings, drams at the bar, and time to soak up each distillery’s character.

  • The remote farm distillery of Kilchoman, crafting whisky from field to bottle
  • Bruichladdich, celebrated for its bold and experimental single malts

Day 3
Whisky Adventures and Islay’s Treasures

Day 3:
Continuing the theme of whisky, your third day will include visits to Ardberg, Lagavulin and Laphroaig distilleries, each featuring tastings at their immersive bars.

Choose one of these distilleries for a Tour & Tasting Experience. The remaining distillery stops focus on curated tastings, drams at the bar, and time to soak up each distillery’s character.

If time allows, you’ll also get to explore the intriguing Kildalton Cross, pristine sandy beaches, and scenic lochs of the island.

Day 4
Homeward Journey with Highland Landscapes

Day 4:
On your final day, you’ll return to the mainland with a scenic ferry journey, before visiting the historic town of Inveraray.

Before long, you’ll reach the indescribable beauty of the Rest and Be Thankful, where you can take your time and marvel at the views.

Finally, you’ll get to see the stunning scenery of Loch Lomond before making your way back to Glasgow, leaving you with cherished memories of your time on the Isle of Islay.
